Anforderungen

  • •Degree as CTA, BTA, MTA, or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
  • •Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in metabolite/enzyme/protein extraction from plant tissues
  • •Working experience with LC-MS or molecular biology techniques
  • •Strong organizational and time management skills
  • •Autonomous way of working and problem-solving mindset
  • •Adaptability to dynamic lab and greenhouse research environments
  • •Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • •Good and secure computer skills (MS-Office, LIMS)
  • •Proficiency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Prepare biological and environmental samples for metabolomic analysis
  • •Perform LC/MS measurements for metabolite profiling
  • •Collaborate with the Analytical Biochemistry Scientist to refine protocols
  • •Implement new analytical techniques and workflows
  • •Conduct routine maintenance of LC/MS systems and sample preparation equipment
  • •Maintain detailed records of methods, protocols, and results
  • •Support safety documentation and compliance with health and safety regulations
