Anforderungen
- •Several years of leadership experience in an international, multi-cultural environment
- •Validated knowledge in ServiceNow platform
- •Experience in Service Desk or Onsite Support Management
- •Market knowledge in service automation and ITSM process execution
- •Experience in SCRUM and agile development
- •Growth mindset
- •Strong entrepreneurial and analytical problem-solving skills
- •Strong focus on End-Users and End2End responsibility
- •Outstanding social skills
- •University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or similar
- •ITIL V4 / SIAM knowledge
- •ITIL V4 Foundation Certification required
- •Passion for innovative solutions and technology
- •Proficiency in English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the First Level IT Support team
- •Review and improve team structure and roles
- •Supervise daily operations of IT Service Desk and Tech Bar
- •Drive the myIT Digital Assistant service
- •Act as Service Owner for Integrated Service Desk and Tech Bars
- •Design the future First Level IT Support Concept with the team
- •Implement the First Level IT Support Concept and related projects
- •Optimize service and provider performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs, User Perception)
- •Manage implementation of improvement measures and innovations
- •Drive automation, AI, and tooling enhancements using ServiceNow and Moveworks
- •Continuously enhance services with performance improvements and new functionalities
- •Provide communication and training materials for IT Service Desk and On-site Support Teams
- •Support Carve-In, Carve-Out, and Integration Projects related to IT Service Desk and Tech Bars
- •Communicate and coordinate demands with all partners
- •Build long-term relationships with internal colleagues and external providers
