Anforderungen

•Education in electrical engineering, technical college, HTL, or master craftsman certification
•Experience in a sales leadership role within electrical engineering or industrial sector
•Entrepreneurial mindset and integrity
•Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
•Strong analytical capabilities with data and digital tools
•Understanding of compliance requirements and risk management
•Fluency in English, both written and spoken
•Willingness to travel, primarily within the country and occasionally internationally

•Develop and maintain a sales strategy for channel sales in the industrial segment
•Enhance market penetration in the Electrification business
•Plan and execute the business unit's sales strategy daily
•Achieve qualitative and quantitative goals for the assigned channel
•Focus on order intake, revenue, growth, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction
•Lead, develop, and coach the channel sales organization
•Define and implement the channel sales strategy for the Austrian market
•Monitor progress against sales objectives
•Conduct annual performance reviews and manage forecasting processes
•Ensure effective communication, promotion, and training for sales partners
•Develop policies and standards for partner evaluation and certification
•Promote innovation, collaboration, and compliance within the team
•Lead a motivated sales team and foster individual potential
