## Job Description
* Develop, drive and implement change and transformation communication strategies aligned with Syntegon’s strategic priorities.
* Translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, meaningful content and actions for diverse internal audiences.
* Act as a sparring partner to executives and transformation leads, helping shape key messages and communication moments.
* Identify communication needs and opportunities across the organization, and tailor communication formats accordingly (townhalls, toolkits, video, infographics, etc.).
* Support leaders and managers in their role as communicators and cultural multipliers.
* Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to ensure a consistent change journey for employees.
* Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and data.
## Qualifications
* Several years of experience in corporate or internal communication, ideally in the context of transformation or change programs.
* Strong strategic thinking, storytelling and content development skills – from big-picture narrative to concrete tools.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships across levels and functions.
* Confidence in working with senior leaders and acting as a coach or challenger where needed.
* High level of resilience and flexibility; you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
* Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
* Degree in Communications, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field is a plus.
