Anforderungen

  • •University degree in business administration or industrial engineering
  • •Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience
  • •Leadership skills and project skills
  • •Management capabilities (people management, project management, priority setting, strategic mindset, proactivity)
  • •Understanding of Profit & Loss statements and Balanced sheet, Knowledge of relevant Financial KPIs and Management Accounting skills, IFRS skills
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, SAP (CO, SEM, AC), BI

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Manage finance topics and analyze trends in Care Enablement
  • •Create narratives for actual and planning financial numbers
  • •Prepare presentations for top management with clear messages and appropriate detail
  • •Partner with CE senior management and finance community to provide financial support
  • •Understand the business model and underlying data
  • •Define priorities and align needs to foster financial understanding
  • •Lead the development and evaluation of strategic financial objectives
  • •Coordinate with other finance teams, including global COE FP&A and global business services
  • •Ensure high-quality analytics to support management decision-making
  • •Provide financial analyses based on internal requirements from the CFO and CE management
  • •Conduct scenario analysis and assess their impact on financial ratios
  • •Support the development of financial strategies based on budget data and business opportunities
  • •Assist the Investor Relations department by providing financial figures to investors
  • •Support the development of long-term financial goals using financial models
  • •Define individual analyses tailored to the CE segment's needs
  • •Evaluate and define priorities starting with business strategy in collaboration with CE finance teams
  • •Coordinate realization of projects with COE FP&A and global business services
  • •Support cost management and efficiency efforts through analysis and reporting
  • •Monitor and guide the implementation of major strategic initiatives
  • •Steer major projects in the CE region
  • •Develop and improve financial processes in cooperation with corporate controlling
  • •Enable harmonization and improvements of procedures and processes
  • •Actively participate in CE finance teams
  • •Share expertise and support business interfaces on controlling-related topics
  • •Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information
