Anforderungen

  • •University degree in business administration or industrial engineering
  • •Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience
  • •Leadership skills
  • •Management capabilities
  • •Understanding of Profit & loss statements and Balanced sheet
  • •Knowledge of relevant Financial KPIs and Management Accounting skills
  • •IFRS skills
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • •Experience with SAP (CO, SEM, AC) and BI

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Manage finance topics and analyze trends in Care Enablement
  • •Create narratives for actual and planning financial data
  • •Prepare presentations for top management with clear messages
  • •Partner with CE senior management and finance community for support
  • •Understand the business model and underlying data
  • •Define priorities and align financial needs
  • •Foster financial understanding within the team
  • •Lead the development and evaluation of strategic financial objectives
  • •Coordinate with other finance teams, including global COE FP&A
  • •Ensure high-quality analytics for management decision-making
  • •Provide financial analyses based on internal requirements
  • •Conduct scenario analysis and assess impacts on financial ratios
  • •Support the development of financial strategies using budget data
  • •Assist Investor Relations by providing financial figures to investors
  • •Develop long-term financial goals using financial models
  • •Tailor individual analyses to the needs of the CE segment
  • •Evaluate business strategy and translate priorities into demands
  • •Coordinate realization of projects with other finance teams
  • •Support cost management and efficiency through analysis and reporting
  • •Drive partnership with senior management to enhance financial performance
  • •Collaborate with COE FP&A on monthly close cycles and processes
  • •Manage ad hoc projects and business requests as needed
  • •Monitor and guide implementation of strategic initiatives
  • •Develop and improve financial processes with Corporate Controlling
  • •Support harmonization and improvement of procedures and infrastructure
  • •Actively participate in CE Finance teams
  • •Share expertise on controlling-related topics with business interfaces
  • •Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information
