  • •Expertise in IT, cybersecurity, ISR operations, logistics, and coalition integration
  • •9 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field, 7 years with Master's, 4 years with PhD or JD, or High School Diploma and 13 years relevant experience
  • •Operational IT and Technology experience
  • •Experience in strategy to task development/execution, enterprise architecture, and project management
  • •Cybersecurity Baseline Certificate
  • •Possession and maintenance of TS/SCI clearance
  • •Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in technical discipline, or BA/BS and 15 years, or 20 years of directly related experience
  • •Enterprise Architect Certificate, FEAC Certification, and/or PMP certification
  • •DoD CIO Certification (or similar)
  • •Experience with data and architecture design, development, and building
  • •Ability to architect solutions for complex mission needs
  • •Information Assurance Technical Level II Certification

  • •Support the development and execution of a command-wide technology strategy
  • •Serve as the technical authority and communications advisor for the CoS
  • •Design and develop system architectures and define performance requirements
  • •Establish system implementation approaches and operational concepts
  • •Develop models and architectural guidelines for system development
  • •Provide technical guidance and oversight for data governance and architectural alignment
  • •Track progress of command-level enterprise technology strategies
  • •Analyze operations to identify technology enhancement opportunities
  • •Conduct capability gap analyses and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • •Identify and prioritize critical business functions with stakeholders
  • •Develop innovative solutions for complex mission needs

  • •Prepare and deliver technical reports and dashboards for leadership
  • •Advise on technology and data management at senior-level forums
  • •Architect solutions for complex mission needs while adhering to security policies
  • •Research and develop architecture concepts to enhance operations
