Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, warehousing, foreign trade, business, or comparable experience/education
- •Work experience in chemicals, enzymes, and packaging
- •Experience in a supplier or customer interfacing role
- •Strong stakeholder management skills
- •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- •Growth mindset and proactive attitude towards learning
- •Ability to build trusted partnerships
- •Attention to detail and accuracy

Deine Aufgaben
- •Monitor chemicals, enzymes, and packaging markets
- •Analyze supply and demand trends and pricing
- •Create reports for key internal stakeholders
- •Define medium and long-term sourcing strategies
- •Optimize sourcing options to reduce costs and drive value
- •Lead sourcing projects from demand assessment to contract closure
- •Request quotes and evaluate offers from suppliers
- •Implement contracts in ERP systems and inform stakeholders
- •Identify and evaluate new suppliers while maintaining existing relationships
- •Manage day-to-day operations with vendors
- •Conduct quarterly business reviews with relevant functions
- •Perform supplier audits in collaboration with Quality
- •Support and lead global projects in relevant categories as needed
- •Prepare annual budget details with the FP&A team
- •Provide regular budget updates throughout the year
