Anforderungen
- •3–5 years of professional experience in the optical industry, ideally in store management, training, or comparable role in product development, product management, or product lifecycle management (PLM)
- •Strong expertise in ophthalmic lenses, including lens technologies, manufacturers, materials, and production processes
- •Solid understanding of retail workflows, customer needs, and store operations; experience from a store or academy environment is a strong advantage
- •Ability to translate complex technical topics into simple, clear guidance for different internal stakeholders
- •Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills, with confidence in working with senior stakeholders
- •Hands-on mindset, high service orientation, and strong enthusiasm for innovation and technology
- •Experience in supplier relationship management and strategic procurement is a plus

- •Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Lenses category
- •Build and steer the strategic framework for product and partner portfolio design
- •Take end-to-end ownership of the category from concept to end-of-life

- •Lead the creation and evolution of the lenses portfolio using data insights
