- •Experience in the local grocery market with knowledge of trade environment
- •Proficient experience with data tools (Nielsen/Circana, GfK, Customer loyalty platforms)
- •Knowledge/experience in merchandising/space planning advantageous
- •Analytical thinking and comfort with large data sets
- •Curiosity and eagerness to learn with a hands-on mentality
- •Passion for converting data into actionable insights through storytelling
- •Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- •English and German language skills mandatory
