Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance, or experience in Procurement Analytics or Category Management
- •Advanced proficiency in English; German or other languages considered a plus
- •Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- •Knowledge of strategic and operational procurement processes
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
- •Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement efficiencies
- •Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- •Previous experience within category management or strategic procurement preferred

- •Provide analytical support to Strategic Indirect Procurement Managers
- •Enhance spend visibility across indirect procurement categories
- •Collect and research market data and industry trends
- •Derive recommendations from market analysis for decision-making
- •Implement category-specific sourcing standards and tools
- •Monitor and analyze procurement spend for cost-saving opportunities
- •Provide category-specific insights to indirect procurement managers
- •Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics
- •Identify key risks within specific categories
- •Facilitate effective supplier management and performance monitoring
- •Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs
- •Support improvement initiatives from a procurement perspective
- •Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on tenders
- •Guide stakeholders in aligning procurement processes with HQ guidelines
