Anforderungen

•Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance, or experience in Procurement Analytics or Category Management
•Advanced proficiency in English; German or other languages considered a plus
•Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
•Knowledge of strategic and operational procurement processes
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
•Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement efficiencies
•Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
•Previous experience within category management or strategic procurement preferred

•Provide analytical support to Strategic Indirect Procurement Managers
•Enhance spend visibility across indirect procurement categories
•Collect and research market data and industry trends
•Derive recommendations from market analysis for decision-making
•Implement category-specific sourcing standards and tools
•Monitor and analyze procurement spend for cost-saving opportunities
•Provide category-specific insights to indirect procurement managers
•Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics
•Identify key risks within specific categories
•Facilitate effective supplier management and performance monitoring
•Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs
•Support improvement initiatives from a procurement perspective
•Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on tenders
•Guide stakeholders in aligning procurement processes with HQ guidelines
