Anforderungen
- •University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
- •2-5 years of practical experience in Operations, Backoffice, Finance, or Controlling
- •Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- •Avaloq experience is an advantage
- •Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- •Strong work ethics, integrity, and high level of accountability

- •Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reconciliation processes
- •Identify discrepancies and allocate them to relevant departments
- •Reconcile physical securities and land registry extracts through stock taking
- •Coordinate special reconciliations with various teams
- •Investigate issues and monitor open items
- •Follow up on resolutions for discrepancies
- •Participate in the annual audit related to reconciliation processes
- •Deputize team members in the reconciliation team
- •Manage shareholder disclosures
- •Handle ad-hoc tasks as requested
