•Class B driving license
•Interest in working outdoors and with living organisms
•Training in natural sciences or ongoing degree in biology or agricultural sciences (advantageous)
•Flexibility, communication, reliability, team spirit, manual dexterity, and willingness to learn
•Good English skills and basic knowledge of MS Office
•Willingness to work on weekends
