Car Repair Agent for 1st Level Customer Support(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, addressing vehicle issues and providing assistance through calls and emails. Your day will involve analyzing problems, tracking incidents, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth communication and support.

Anforderungen

• •Completed vocational education as a master mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, automotive service technician, or country equivalent certificate
• •Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in workshops with cars and/or LGV/HGV
• •Basic knowledge of IT systems
• •Professional experience in a customer-facing position
• •Italian oral and written communication skills level C1
