- •Ensure high-quality service for students and employees.
- •Supervise collaboration between institutions on campus.
- •Oversee new construction and renovations with external providers.
- •Develop services and processes in the Service Centre with experts.
- •Plan and optimize room and capacity utilization.
- •Create and implement security concepts, including GDPR compliance.
- •Participate in contract selection and negotiations with service providers.
- •Monitor external providers and identify improvement opportunities.
- •Plan and control projects to enhance campus operations.
- •Act as an interface to faculties, vice deans, and administration.
- •Manage budget and staff responsibilities.
- •Coordinate campus events like tours and ceremonies.
