Anforderungen
- •Advanced university degree (masters) in education, social sciences, development studies, global area/regional studies, or related fields
- •At least 3 years of relevant work experience in education/LLL policy and capacity-building
- •Previous work experience in designing online and in-person training for policymakers in lifelong learning
- •Familiarity with ESD and RVA in different countries
- •At least 3 years of relevant experience working with an international city network
- •Proven experience in collaborating on international projects in education
- •Excellent drafting and communication skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support UIL in advancing lifelong learning policies
- •Develop knowledge and training resources
- •Facilitate national and regional engagement
- •Provide technical feedback on country outputs
- •Support the development and dissemination of the Greening Communities Guide
- •Revise the ESD Online Course structure and content
- •Develop a hybrid workshop format for the course
- •Coordinate GNLC ESD Working Group activities and meetings
- •Organize capacity-building webinars for the Greening Communities Guidance
- •Create a support package with materials for practical usability of the guidance
- •Draft elements for a social media campaign on greening communities
- •Coordinate the translation of the guidance document into Spanish
- •Engage with the Greening Education Partnership Secretariat
- •Develop targeted RVA training packages for selected countries
- •Create bilateral training packages for two countries
- •Organize and implement bilateral training workshops
- •Evaluate training outcomes and report results to UIL
- •Develop capacity-building training on the UNESCO Qualifications Passport
- •Collaborate with UNESCO HQ on online capacity-building training
- •Contribute to the Global Inventory of National and Regional Qualifications Frameworks
- •Co-develop a cross-country analysis report for the Inventory
- •Develop a thematic chapter on private sector involvement in RVA
- •Support the ongoing development of the Inventory with partners
- •Contribute to the GNLC Academy Offer and regional networks
- •Implement the GNLC webinar series
- •Support GNLC coordination in Latin America and the Caribbean
- •Enhance the GNLC Academy offer
- •Pilot the Greening Communities Guidance in selected GNLC member cities
- •Conduct needs-based assessments for the Greening Communities Guidance
- •Support learning cities network activities in Latin America and the Caribbean
- •Implement bilateral RVA training workshops
- •Develop evaluation reports on RVA training outcomes
- •Implement the new edition of the ESD course
- •Further elaborate materials for the Greening Communities Guidance
