Job Description
General Motors is expanding into Europe, and we’re looking for passionate individuals like you to join us at our Cadillac City Store in Cologne. Are you ready to be part of something special?
At Cadillac City, every customer interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable experience. As a Cadillac City Attendant, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and shaping the future of automotive retail.
Your mission: To build meaningful relationships, assist customers on their journey, and elevate the Cadillac brand with every interaction.
What You’ll Do:

Greet, Welcome and engage customers in our showrooms and events as our first customer touch point

Identify potential sales opportunities as the first stage of sales development to pass to sales staff
-
Generate leads through outreach programs including calling, face to face engagements and events
-
Organise and conduct test drives to qualify leads and hand potential buyers to guides as part of a sales development process
-
Support in showroom operations at flagship stores, event pop ups and delivery locations
-
Report on customer feedback and experience from showroom and product perception
Must haves:
-
2+ years experience in Customer Support, Customer Service or Luxury Retail

Exceptional people skills including strong oral and written communication

Experience with prospecting, lead generation and lead development
-
Fluent German and English language skills
-
Previous exposure to Automotive industry working with OEM’s is favorable
-
Driver’s license (clean record)

Willingness to work on weekends, flexibility is key

Passion for EVs, GM’s/Cadillac’s products
