Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Applied Sciences, or related discipline
- •Proven experience in technical user support in CAD or engineering tool environment
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Openness to learning new technologies and adapting to evolving environments
- •Mechanical CAD: Creo Elements/Direct Modeling Suite
- •Electronic CAD: Siemens Enterprise Xpedition Suite
- •Programming/Scripting Languages: LISP, PowerShell, vb.NET, C++, Java, Bash (Cygwin on Windows)
- •Version Control: RCS, Mercurial, Linux-based systems
- •Familiarity with FDA-compliant data management systems is a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage and improve the CAD application platform for HPM monitoring products
- •Lead development and configuration of CAD applications for Mechanical and Electrical Design
- •Ensure continuous operation of design environments
- •Serve as the main contact for approximately 200 users across multiple countries
- •Provide remote support via email and Microsoft Teams
- •Conduct acceptance testing for new CAD software and manage user deployment
- •Create 3D representations for parts in the Xpedition Library
- •Manage components in the Mechanical Library within the Engineering Database Management System
- •Develop additional tools or functionalities based on user needs
- •Support license server management for Mechanical and Electrical Design departments
- •Ensure system stability for design environments and manage bundled Apache servers
- •Maintain internal documentation with best practices and technical guidance
- •Manage a MariaDB database for electronic component data and preferred parts lists
- •Participate in OS and software maintenance of CAD servers across global locations
