Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field, or completed training as Technische/r Produktdesigner/in
- •Fluency in SolidWorks and ability to create clean, structured CAD models
- •Familiarity with Rhino and comfort with freeform geometries
- •Enjoyment of engineering-focused design work and consideration of manufacturability and process efficiency
- •Curiosity about design automation, parametric modeling, and efficient CAD workflows
- •Enjoyment of hands-on work and participation in manufacturing own designs
- •Familiarity with design for additive manufacturing and experience with 3D printing technologies
- •Proactive and structured work approach
- •Collaboration skills with engineers, designers, and production teams
- •Comfortable communicating in English in an international work environment
- •Experience with Grasshopper for parametric/automated CAD workflows
- •Basic experience with CAM programming or CNC machining

- •Contribute to standardizing tooling and mold design processes
- •Work with engineers to improve design quality and process efficiency
- •Optional: Write a Master thesis on mold design or CAD workflow automation
