Anforderungen
- •3+ years experience in automotive Body Structures or Closures systems development
- •Proficiency with CATIA V5/V6 or 3DX
- •Hands-on experience with PLM systems such as Teamcenter, ENOVIA or similar
- •Ability to apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing in designs
- •Understanding of common manufacturing processes for Body Structures & Closures components
- •Good knowledge of fundamental engineering principles and materials
- •Experience in full life cycle development from concept to prototype to full production
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent from ABET accredited institution or equivalent body structures automotive experience

- •Create and modify 3D CAD models for body-in-white structures and closures
- •Ensure models meet packaging, styling, and functional requirements
- •Apply design standards and GD&T best practices
- •Manage interfaces between body structures and other systems
- •Incorporate manufacturing feasibility requirements at component and system level
- •Maintain version control and compliance with company standards
- •Participate in design reviews and provide technical input
- •Support engineering release and change management activities
