# Business Value Services (all genders) **Responsibilities** BVS is closely aligned with the Global Sales organisation, directly supporting opportunities within our strategic accounts. Our primary focus is directly engaging with customer executive teams to clearly articulate the tangible, strategic, and financial impacts our solutions can deliver to their organisations. Develop business cases and strategic proposals to articulate the fiscal justification and value proposition of our platform for Executives, Managers, IT and other Personas. You will play a pivotal role in growing revenues across our solutions. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in communicating with business, operational and technology audiences. The candidate will strive to innovate work deliverables and bring new business insights to the table. A clear understanding of business value drivers is essential to help support the account teams in creating clear and effective business cases. What You Will Do In This Role: * Build quantified business cases to justify investment in TeamViewer solutions * Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales Leaders providing guidance on account and negotiation strategies, helping prioritise sales pursuits and identifying new opportunities * Help prospects and customers understand and quantify the business value of TeamViewer solutions. * Create and present executive-level business cases to CxOs in our most strategic customer accounts. * Scale the organisation’s impact by creating a library of reusable assets and delivering ongoing enablement programs and processes. * Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineering to identify, prioritise, and quantify operational and financial metrics in specific engagements. * Coordinate and lead end-to-end value consulting engagements with customers to meet customers’ needs, progress sales cycles and drive revenue. * Assist in the development and delivery of commercial proposals to support the deal negotiation process and composition of deal structures. * Share insights with senior sales management to help develop and execute negotiation strategies. * Facilitate the development of targeted Value Selling models for ROI and TCO, aimed at accelerating and expanding sales opportunities. * To facilitate a variety of benchmarking activities, create a collection of business outcomes realised by TeamViewer customers. * Partner with internal sales teams and other functions, such as Solution Engineering and Customer Success, to help define account strategies and prioritise sales initiatives, based on value creation potential and opportunity size. * Act as a thought leader, providing relevant content, training and consultation both during and beyond the sales cycle. **Requirements** * Proven ability to build compelling business cases and proposals * Strong fiscal acumen with excellent analytical and financial modelling skills * Experience in management consulting, value selling or working in internal strategy teams * Experience operating with senior leadership teams * Strong communication skills and executive presence * Experience creating internal processes for field enablement and engagement. * Thought leadership in the areas of business value and accelerating sales cycles * Experience in supporting senior executives evaluating critical technology and business decisions * Meaningful experience with business case creation, research, financial analysis and storytelling. * Ability to build strong relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience in presenting and influencing Senior Executives. * Comfortable to travel across the assigned region when required. * Experience in DACH, Southern Europe & MEA an advantage **What we offer** * **Onsite Onboarding** in our HQ office for an optimal start * **Interesting problems** that allow you to have an impact on the safety of our users * **Close, in team collaboration** with engineers to create custom tools * **Great compensation and benefits packages** including company achievement bonus and stock-based options, regular salary reviews * Premiums for the private pension plan **(BAV)** up to the maximum amount are topped up by TeamViewer * **Public transport friendly** offices * Option to **lease an e-bike** * **Special terms** for local gyms * Access to Corporate Benefits platform with many **discounts** * Regular **Team events** and company-wide celebrations * **Open door policy**, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches * **Hybrid**and **Flexible** work time with up to 60% home office * **Work From Abroad Program** allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country * We celebrate **diversity** as one of our core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!
