# Business Transformation (Senior) Consultant SAP S/4HANA (m/f/d) ## For our **Enterprise Transformation team in Switzerland**, we are looking for a **Business Transformation Senior Consultant or Consultant SAP S/4HANA** to join one of our offices (Zurich, Lausanne, Geneve). ## YOUR ROLE * Be a reliable advisor who works with clients to develop innovative solutions to their most challenging business problems leveraging the SAP S/4HANA technology ecosystem * Understand current (as-is) and support the design of future (to-be) client value streams cutting across process blocks and technologies, helping clients to excel operationally, generate additional revenues, and improve customer experience * Support the formulation of the business case for change, including quantifying expected costs and benefits, and obtaining the buy-in of client stakeholders * Depending on your background and interest, develop in-depth knowledge of one or more functional areas (finance, sales, production, logistics, procurement, etc.) and the related SAP S/4HANA solutions, helping clients optimize their business processes * Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation programs in diverse roles, including leading the project management office, and as a process and solution specialist * Support the business development activities including preparing proposals for national and international clients for our S/4HANA consulting services ## YOUR PROFILE * **Academic excellence**: University Degree in the field of Information Technology, STEM or Business Administration. S/4HANA certification(s) desired * **Industry knowledge**: Working experience in Healthcare, Consumer Products, Retail or Manufacturing * **Consulting experience**: 3+ years of relevant Management/Strategic Consulting experience matching the job description in the domains of finance, sales, production, logistics, and/or procurement in a SAP ECC or S/4HANA environment * **Conceptual talent**: Lateral thinking and ability to bridge technology, strategic evaluation, and practical implementation. Structured work style to solve complex problems with a positive mindset and enthusiasm. Eagerness to learn, adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * **Communication and presentation**: proficiency in English, German, and/or French is required, with a minimum of C1 level in both written and spoken skills.
