- •Design and facilitate workshops to enhance leadership engagement
- •Moderate cross-functional and regional transformation initiatives

- •Lead transformation projects and initiatives from start to finish
- •Build advocacy for transformation methodologies across the organization
- •Establish a volunteer network to support transformation activities
- •Maintain a network of supporters and champions in the region
- •Support community heads in networking and collaboration efforts
- •Collaborate with Board, CEOs, HR, and Communications teams
