Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- •Initial professional experience or solid knowledge in project support, business analysis, or consulting
- •Strong communication and teamwork skills
- •Proactive and collaborative approach
- •Adaptability to new tasks and project requirements
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
- •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- •Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week across Intersnack locations.
- •Valid work and residence permit required for non-EU applicants

- •Assist in project execution, including documentation and data collection
- •Facilitate stakeholder communication
- •Support senior team members in identifying process improvements
- •Analyze IT solutions and organizational changes
- •Participate in training and development activities
- •Build expertise in Business Transformation methodologies and tools
- •Adapt quickly to new tasks and project requirements
