Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • •3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in procurement focused on ERP environments
  • •Hands-on experience with P2P processes in SAP or similar ERP systems
  • •Hands-on experience with specialized systems for Procurement/Supply chains like FSCM, DDMRP
  • •Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data analysis tools
  • •Strong understanding of P2P processes including requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, and vendor management
  • •Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and integration tools (SAP CPI, APIs)
  • •Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot system/process issues
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • •Support and optimize the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in SAP Public Cloud
  • •Analyze and document current P2P processes
  • •Identify gaps and propose SAP best-practice improvements
  • •Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on process enhancements
  • •Act as liaison between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and third-party tools
  • •Provide functional support for P2P-related issues
  • •Ensure smooth data flow across platforms
  • •Gather business requirements for procurement workflows
  • •Document vendor onboarding and invoice automation requirements
  • •Translate requirements into functional specifications
  • •Support SAP cloud implementation projects and upgrades
  • •Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery
  • •Develop and execute test cases for P2P functionalities
  • •Train end-users on procurement workflows
  • •Monitor KPIs like purchase order accuracy and invoice cycle time
  • •Create dashboards and reports for procurement performance
