# Business Processes (Senior) Consultant (f/m/d)
**What you`ll do:**
Summary:
In your role as Senior Business Process Consultant, you will share responsibility as part of the Business Operations and Corporate Development team of the CFO/COO-Area for the definition, implementation and operation of all company internal processes, tools, projects and it´s related review processes. You will be an integral contributor to the initial set-up and go-live of the company. Part of your role will be the delivery of outcome of assigned projects or areas of responsibility within the build-up as well as the run phase of the Delos Cloud GmbH.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Responsibilities include:
* Operationally manage cross-functional projects in corporate development and business operations to ensure project success
* Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Prepare decision templates and connect relevant decision-makers
* Be an internally recognized contact person for technical and business matters
* Communicate process and system adjustments in an understandable and effective way
* Performance of reviews (process oriented and relation to project milestones)
* Define corresponding organizational structure and the needed workforce planning
* Map and validate performance indicators
* Implementation of designed processes and support of ongoing project related tasks
* Supports the defintion and execution of vision, strategies, and tactics as part of the corporate development team
* Drives key strategic initiatives on corporate level and supports the development of long-term growth plans (products, markets) and profitability objectives.
* Provides services to executive management to help implement the Business Strategy
* The daily work includes not only cross-functional projects bus as well analysis and recommendations related to achieving relevant business KPIs
