Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree
- •5+ years relevant work experience in Service environment
- •2+ years of experience in Service related function in medical device company
- •Proficient understanding of CRM & ERP business systems
- •Proficient understanding of AI solutions
- •Proficient understanding of process mining applications
- •Experience with EDI and Business Analysis/Reporting tools
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- •Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize duties
- •Effective in cross-functional project teams
- •Strong understanding of Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Regulatory business processes
- •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- •Effective analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- •Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- •Fluency in English

- •Improve business processes for the service unit
- •Provide operations and system support
- •Identify and analyze new business system solutions
- •Collaborate with process owners to find improvement opportunities
- •Develop solutions to enhance process effectiveness
- •Represent the department on assigned projects
- •Leverage knowledge of service business processes
- •Design and implement efficient business processes
- •Analyze end users' needs and recommend solutions
- •Investigate production issues and suggest improvements
- •Support service end users with daily operations
- •Maintain master data for customers, prices, and materials
- •Manage system tables and configurations
- •Partner with IT to resolve system issues
- •Define future business requirements for enhancements
- •Monitor and track system issues reported by users
- •Evaluate metrics to recommend productivity improvements
- •Create user requirements and functional specifications
- •Conduct integration and user acceptance testing
- •Develop training documentation for business processes
- •Provide training to end users on business systems
- •Document standard operating procedures for key processes
- •Implement best practices for business processes
