Anforderungen

  • •Experience in business process modeling tools
  • •Agile / Scrum knowledge
  • •Knowledge of master data management & governance principles
  • •Technical skills in translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • •Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Act as a Process Owner Delegate for Master Data & SAP Authorisation Management processes
  • •Model, document, analyze, communicate, and train on the Master Data Management process
  • •Ensure process alignment between Satair’s CMS and Airbus BMS, documenting interfaces and delegations
  • •Support and manage process transformation projects like MMIP, ERP MDM, and MDG
  • •Collaborate in process discovery and design workshops
  • •Establish and control Process Performance Indicators for adherence and efficiency
  • •Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • •Incorporate requirements applicable to processes in scope and ensure compliance
  • •Validate IT change requests affecting Master Data Management scope
  • •Create and follow up on IT Change Requests
  • •Translate business requirements into technical specifications and validate developments via User Acceptance Tests
  • •Work closely with the Process Owner and other Delegates, sharing updates, issues, and best practices
