## Job Description
* Analysis, optimization, and harmonization of global HR processes along the employee lifecycle (e.g. recruiting, onboarding, training, talent management)
* Implementation and support of HR digitalization projects (e.g. introduction of new tools or systems)
* Development of concepts for process automation and efficiency improvements
* Close collaboration with internal stakeholders from HR, IT, Controlling, and global leadership
* Facilitation of workshops, support of change processes, and preparation of documentation and decision-making materials

## Qualifications
