- •University degree in economics, engineering, or relevant vocational training with practical experience
- •Professional experience in a similar position
- •Experience in project management methods and tools for process analysis and improvement
- •High affinity for change processes and ability to convince and inspire others
- •Ability to empathize with local operational service business teams while focusing on global process harmonization
- •Experience in service management software and good SAP skills
