Anforderungen

• •University degree in economics, engineering, or relevant vocational training
• •Professional experience in a similar position
• •Experience in project management methods and tools for process analysis and improvement
• •High affinity for change processes and ability to inspire others
• •Ability to empathize with local operational service requirements while focusing on global process harmonization
• •Experience in service management software and good SAP skills are an advantage
• •Very good written and spoken English skills; German skills are an advantage
