Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- •5+ years of experience with supply chain processes, especially in warehouse operations
- •Knowledge of SQL language: performing queries and understanding basic SQL code
- •Curiosity, self-motivation, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm
- •Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across business and technical teams
- •Proactivity, result orientation, and teamwork skills
- •Ability to respect deadlines and prioritize a busy workload
- •Experience with steering development teams, preferably with external providers
- •Very good fluency in English (written and verbal)
- •Familiarity with incident and change management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
- •Experience with Oracle databases and/or Oracle Forms/Reports
- •Previous experience with country solution roll-outs
- •Previous experience with IT solution switches and process adoptions for implementation of new IT solutions

- •Oversee day-to-day operations of MMS DC
- •Ensure stability and data quality
- •Align operations with METRO’s supply chain framework
- •Act as second-line escalation point for incidents
- •Analyze incidents and monitor SLAs
- •Apply corrective actions to prevent incident recurrence
- •Manage backlog items and define requirements
- •Collaborate with external development partners for timely fixes
- •Maintain service documentation and workflows
- •Prepare and present OKRs, KPIs, and service health reports
- •Promote transparency across domains like master data
- •Support MMS DC implementation in new METRO countries
- •Facilitate communication between business and IT
- •Drive strategic thinking and change management
- •Support strategic decision-making processes
- •Assist in the transition to new supply chain solutions
