Deine Aufgaben

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for D365 issues at the Muenster facility
  • •Manage and prioritize the ServiceNow ticket queue with Hitachi
  • •Liaise with Hitachi for timely issue resolution and enhancements
  • •Assess and improve business processes in operations, shipping, and finance
  • •Oversee and document system changes according to governance processes
  • •Support users with D365 transactions and troubleshoot challenges
  • •Review and address backlog items, bugs, and enhancement requests in Azure DevOps
  • •Lead or support projects to enhance business efficiency
  • •Facilitate communication between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
  • •Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
