Business Owner Low Voltage Drives for Mobile Machines(m/w/x)

## Job Description * As Business Owner (f/m/div.) you have the profit and loss responsibility in the area of electric drives from 5 to 40kW (24V-96V) and lead an international interdisciplinary project team. * You conduct market analyses, develop business plans and monitor KPIs. * Additionally, you are responsible for coordinating product requirements with customers and suppliers. * You are accountable for the strategic alignment of the business area, including portfolio definition for the target market and for the global market launch in close cooperation with central departments, plants and regional entities. * You ensure medium- and long-term growth through partnerships, portfolio adjustments, and innovation management. ## Qualifications * **Education:** successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification * **Experience and Knowledge:** several years of professional experience in the low voltage drive industry (e.g., electric forklift trucks), very good knowledge in product management, over 5 years of experience in the field of electric drives, ideally for mobile machines * **Personality and Working Practice:** proactive personality, entrepreneurial, independent and structured way of working, strong communication skills * **Enthusiasm:** for cross-location collaboration and strategy development * **Languages:** very good English and German language skills ## Additional Information We offer flexible working models: from various part-time options to mobile working and job sharing.
