Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, information systems, engineering, or related field
  • •Several years of professional experience as a business analyst, commercial controller, or in a comparable position
  • •In-depth experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • •Experience in sales, customer service, or finance
  • •Confident use of ERP and/or CRM systems in a business environment
  • •Understanding of commercial processes such as pricing, order management, and handling customer data
  • •In-depth knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
  • •Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written)
  • •Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Maintain accurate customer master data in the ERP system
  • •Coordinate updates and corrections to customer data
  • •Collaborate with customer service and finance to resolve order-to-cash issues
  • •Serve as the local point of contact for ERP-related inquiries
  • •Support users and escalate ERP system issues as needed
  • •Administer CRM and provide user support
  • •Act as a local CRM superuser for commercial teams
  • •Monitor data quality and completeness in CRM
  • •Flag inconsistencies and assist with remediation efforts
  • •Create regular reports and dashboards for sales and marketing teams
  • •Analyze sales performance, customer activities, and commercial KPIs
  • •Collaborate with finance and sales teams for forecasting and performance monitoring
  • •Provide operational support for commercial initiatives
  • •Assist with segmentation, targeting, and territory planning
  • •Support the setup and tracking of incentive plans and performance metrics
