Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
- •Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or related discipline

- •Proven experience in data analysis, business insights, and data visualization
- •Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools such as Qlik or similar platforms

- •Fluency in English and German business language
- •Willingness to travel up to 15%, domestic and international travel

- •Lead the development and execution of the CoE’s functional and communication strategy
- •Establish effective tracking systems and communication channels for streamlined reporting
- •Collaborate with leadership to implement best-in-class analytics for accurate business insights
- •Design and maintain dashboards and reports on staffing, hiring, budgeting, project status, and key performance indicators
- •Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- •Drive operational process optimization initiatives and lead implementation efforts
- •Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies to modernize and automate business operations
- •Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and drive alignment
