- •Excellent writing and structuring skills
- •Stakeholder maturity and ability to interface with senior counterparts
- •Familiarity with EU/UK funding programs and public procurement mechanics
- •Experience preparing executive briefings
- •Technical STEM degree

- •Source and qualify EU/UK funding calls
- •Draft compelling grant content and coordinate partner inputs
- •Manage end-to-end grant submissions, including timelines and compliance
- •Oversee post-award project management, including reporting and stakeholder updates
- •Create briefing packs and prepare for meetings
- •Maintain trackers and drive weekly standups
- •Conduct market research on funding instruments and policies
- •Map ecosystem players across key EU capitals and produce decision memos
- •Support light-touch legal workflows with Legal and Finance
