- •Experience with CRM/Back Office tools (CUBE, GCC, ICON)
- •Good Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
- •Ability to work with data and reporting
- •Familiarity with ticketing tools (ACPRO, Cofitil)
- •Strong customer orientation and communication
- •Attention to detail and accuracy
- •Good organization and multitasking

- •Offer logistical and administrative support at BI events
