## Business Development Representative (f/m/x)
**You will have an impact on:**
* Drive outbound lead generation through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
* Identify and qualify potential leads to ensure a strong fit with our offering.
* Engage with prospects to understand their needs and spark interest in our solution.
* Manage and maintain lead data in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up.
* Collaborate closely with Account Executives to seamlessly hand over sales-ready leads.
* Continuously refine outreach strategies based on feedback, insights, and results.
## Requirements
**What you will add to our Crew:**
* 1–3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or outbound-focused role.
* Excellent communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive both verbally and in writing.
* Comfortable with high-volume outreach and resilient in the face of rejection.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.).
* Ability to quickly grasp and articulate our value proposition to diverse customer profiles.
* An interest in the short-term rental, real estate, or hospitality industry is a plus.
* **German language** skills are a must, you're **based in Berlin** or open to relocating.
