- •Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking solutions
- •Develop customer-centric sales skills to enhance the customer experience
- •Gain in-depth knowledge of Cloudflare’s products and services
- •Create exceptional customer experiences
- •Own and achieve target quotas for qualified opportunities and sales pipeline value
- •Generate new business opportunities from inbound and marketing leads
- •Identify customer pain points and map them to Cloudflare solutions for Enterprise sales
- •Collaborate with stakeholders including account executives and marketing teams
- •Report, track, and manage sales activities using SFDC
- •Contribute to the creation and improvement of team processes
