* Achieving growth targets in the hospital market
* Supporting our sales partners in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
* Strategic development of sales/the sales partners through targeted market analyses and business development measures
* Establishing and maintenance of partnerships with clinics, medical facilities, purchasing groups, and other relevant stakeholders
* Conducting competitive analyses to identify market opportunities and risks
* Close collaboration with internal departments such as product management, marketing, and sales
