Anforderungen

  • University degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related discipline
  • 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Licensing, or Strategic Project Management
  • Solid understanding of licensing, IP, and cooperation agreements
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience in financial modelling
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and dossier types
  • Excellent command of English
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Structured, proactive, and resilient
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Experience within international environments with structured processes

Deine Aufgaben

  • Identify and assess licensing, sourcing, and brand acquisition opportunities in the pharmaceutical market
  • Conduct structured evaluations considering commercial potential and regulatory pathways
  • Prioritize opportunities based on clear criteria aligned with global BD strategy
  • Build financial models, including forecasts and sensitivity analyses
  • Translate data into actionable insights and prepare recommendation papers for management
  • Support portfolio planning with market and competitive intelligence
  • Maintain and expand a network of suppliers, licensors, and brand owners
  • Manage early-stage discussions and prepare negotiation dossiers
  • Provide analytical and commercial input for negotiations and approvals
  • Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, QA, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
  • Support due diligence and internal approval processes for consistency
  • Assist with supplier onboarding and post-deal coordination
  • Maintain documentation and opportunity tracking for transparency
