## Business Development Manager
As a **Business Development Manager** within the **Live entertainment** industry, your mission will be to build strong partnerships with festival promoters, venue operators, event organizers, and club managers in the **DACH region**, initially focusing on Germany. You'll be the driving force behind introducing our innovative Event Tech platform to key players in the industry, helping them connect with their fans in exciting new ways. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and making an impact in the live events sector.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing strategies to attract and engage top-tier festival promoters, venues, and event organizers.
* Manage the partnerships you bring in, building long-lasting relationships that lead to cross-sell opportunities.
* Networking at industry events, building relationships, and delivering engaging presentations that showcase how CM.com can help partners increase ticket sales and enhance fan loyalty.
* Handling inbound leads generated by our marketing team and transforming them into long-term partnerships.
* Understanding the unique needs of festivals, venues, and promoters to tailor solutions that drive success.
* Delivering live demos of our platform, highlighting the key features and benefits for promoters and fans alike.
* Negotiating and finalizing contracts to achieve mutual growth and success in ticketing, payment solutions, and fan engagement.

* A skilled negotiator with a strategic mindset who can close deals and build lasting partnerships.
* You excel at building strong relationships with key decision-makers and are always looking for new ways to create value.
* Exceptional communication skills in both German and English.
* Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn while working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
