- •PhD in dermatology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field
- •Excellent written and spoken English
- •Documented scientific knowledge on skin or hair biology
- •Proven expertise in sales, prospecting, and negotiation
- •Knowledge of pre-clinical and clinical ex vivo/in vivo models
- •Ability to relocate or visit Münster regularly
- •Strong written, analytical, and synthesis skills

- •Proficiency in standard office software
- •Strong attention to detail and organization
- •Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

- •Prospect pharma and biotech business customers
- •Retain and develop existing client accounts
- •Present dermatology services in a scientific manner
- •Identify and analyze specific client needs
- •Develop study proposals with scientific teams
- •Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- •Achieve annual sales targets set by management
- •Collaborate across departments to promote studies
- •Participate in professional conferences and trade fairs
- •Visit clients on-site for business meetings
- •Update CRM and sales tools regularly
- •Support development of price calculation tools
- •Monitor competitors and improve marketing operations
- •Report on all commercial and sales activities
