Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • 5+ years in business development, product marketing, or portfolio management
  • Defense-sector experience in Germany
  • Strong strategic and market intelligence skills
  • Ability to identify trends and convert them into actionable go-to-market plans
  • Expertise in Portfolio Management, Business Strategy, and Market Intelligence
  • Solid knowledge of Regulation & Legal Compliance
  • Familiarity with public/defense procurement processes in Germany
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • High personal integrity and reliability
  • Ability to work effectively nationwide in a hybrid/remote setup
  • Ability to travel within Germany as needed

  • Lead business development projects for the Defense sector
  • Coordinate internal efforts related to Defense topics
  • Develop market positioning and offering strategies
  • Build and expand ABB’s customer base in Defense
  • Create proposals for profitable growth and differentiation
  • Define and implement strategies for Defense segments and applications
  • Establish customer value strategies aligned with market needs
  • Set and monitor KPI targets for pipeline and account penetration
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis in the Defense sector
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Drive development of marketing and promotional tools
  • Support customer engagements and sustainability initiatives
  • Evaluate new market opportunities across ABB’s offerings
  • Identify new partnerships and business models in Defense
  • Coordinate with divisions to enhance portfolio performance
  • Support the Sustainability manager in implementing strategies
  • Serve as the internal coordinator for Defense opportunities
