As a Business Development Manager your role will include the following tasks: * Convince decision-makers from global market leaders and hidden champions to participate in our national, European, and US-based B2B conferences by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. * Research markets and identify industry trends to communicate relevant topics to target audiences and specifically address C-level executives. * Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to negotiating, on-site engagement, and securing repeat bookings to build long-term business relationships. * Collaborate closely with your project team from Marketing, Conference Production, and Event Operations to meet the individual requirements of clients and ensure the success of the events. * Plan and execute campaigns within the framework of multi-project management to successfully position and deliver our B2B conferences to clients. * Manage your customer database, actively track sales opportunities, and build networks with both existing and new clients.
