  • •Deliver high-impact, complex, and strategic solutions valued by customers
  • •Monitor and improve quality through metrics and customer satisfaction
  • •Identify risk areas and manage contingencies
  • •Identify new market opportunities
  • •Manage the sales pipeline and track KPIs
  • •Maintain strong relationships with clients
