In this role, you will collaborate with Account and Portfolio Management teams, enhance customer engagement, and drive strategic partnerships. Your expertise will be crucial in developing marketing plans and contributing to product development, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic objectives.
This role is based in Frankfurt, but Munich is also an option.
**What you will do**
* Direct and oversee the marketing efforts for AllianzGI's full suite of products and services, including special funds, public funds, closed-end funds in Private EQ/Debt, Infrastructure EQ/Debt, overlay mandates, ALM, ESG, and asset allocation consulting in partnership with risklab to achieve volumes and profitability targets
* Collaborate closely with Account Management and Portfolio Management teams, leading investment committee meetings
* Enhance customer dialogues through strategic visits and presentations within the Corporates & Family Office segment to nurture strategic partnerships with target clients
* Contribute to the implementation of sales strategies and share responsibility for the strategic growth and expansion of the customer segment
* Assist in the development of segment-specific marketing plans, initiatives, and materials to effectively reach and engage target audiences
* Actively participate in product development processes to ensure alignment with market needs and strategic objectives
**What you bring**
* University degree in economics or a comparable qualification
* Extensive experience in the Institutional Fund sector as well as in liquid and alternative investment products (Private EQ/Debt, Infrastructure EQ/Debt)
* Strong knowledge of capital markets and portfolio theory
* Proven sales track record with personal responsibility
* Effective presentation and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in German and professional-level English
* Service and customer orientation
* Strong networking and team player skills
* CFA, CIIA/CEFA, DVFA Investment Analyst, CAIA, or possibly CFP Certifications
* Understanding of regulatory, legal, and accounting frameworks for corporates and their pension vehicles
