We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Business Controller to join our Business Controlling team. This role will be primarily responsible for controlling tasks for our Media Sales & Partnerships business unit.
##### Your Tasks
* Drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Media Sales & Partnerships and smaller units, including scenario analysis
* Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify key revenue, cost, and profitability drivers
* Develop and manage KPIs to support efficiency and growth
* Deliver timely, insightful financial reports and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for senior management
* Apply advanced financial modeling techniques to assess initiatives and cost strategies
* Advise business leaders on financial impacts to ensure strategic alignment
* Oversee month-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance with controls and standards
##### What you bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA a plus)
* 5–7 years of experience in Business Controlling, including planning, forecasting, and business case development
