Anforderungen

•Higher education in Business or Finance Management
•More than 5 years of proven Controlling experience in an international industrial group
•Prior leadership experience
•High IT affinity, mainly SAP S/4 (FI, CO, MM, PP), PowerBI, Office applications
•Professional proficiency in German and English
•Intercultural competence, positive mindset and hands-on attitude
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication
•Ability to navigate complex, multi-technology and multi-country organization
•Willingness to actively shape business development

•Analyze operational results and monitor financial performance
•Suggest corrective actions and track implementation plans
•Establish periodic reports for business and budget review meetings
•Drive financial business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
•Provide business analysis and cost calculations
•Prepare investment decisions and manage the Capex approval process
•Collaborate with Segment, Corporate Controlling, and Company Controlling
•Run production controlling activities for Radio-Frequency Technology
•Support business units and sales teams in financial decision-making
•Collaborate with the Industry Segment management team
